With a career of +20 years leading cross functional teams in Multi £m organisations / brands in the highly competitive environments of Retail, Fashion and Marketing. Clients tell me this experience, brings a wealth and depth of business and specialist knowledge to the coaching and consultancy work undertaken together.
A pivotal period in my life followed. With a successful career and performance record, I was about to hit a metaphorical wall when long term stress, high standards and intense work practices led me to experience a debilitating burnout, developed Shingles and a forced early Menopause.
Coming back from this period of my life was nothing less than extraordinary and took many mentors, teachers and deep work on my inner self and the woman and life I wanted to create. Great Coaches were a big part of my transformation and 20 years later I am still going from strength to strength, growing myself younger and have more energy than those half my age!
