We look forward to speaking with you soon at our interview call, to further discuss your unique and priceless observations, specific examples and your desired transformation(s) for them as they enter into a year-long personal development journey with us.

Prior to your interview call, we would much appreciate if you can prepare some thoughts in advance, following the themes laid out below.
Ultimately, we want to help them grow as inspirational, motivational and role-model leaders. For this, we need your insights and highest wishes for them in the areas you feel they can work on to grow into their higher level of confidence, know-how, tools and flair.

Your Feedback Statements
- Write a statement that captures what you would like to see them work on specifically.
- This along with our interview outputs with you and others, are the basis for their High Level Objectives (HLOs) on the program.
- Essentially, the statement should encapsulate what you would want to see demonstrated by the end of the program.
- Example of development focus statements:
- Actively develop strong, strategic leadership relationships across the organisation
- Elevate people leadership role to demonstrate: leading not doing, building confidence by raising levels of delegation to the team
- Develop a stronger voice and presence in group interactions/presentations
Important to Note:
- We require a minimum 3-5 development objective statements from you.
- There can be more than one for each theme you choose
- Only choose the themes that you consider key for development.
- We do NOT need a demonstrable objective for every theme, they can be left blank
- Transparency
- We do not share this information directly with the delegate
